v1.1.1 - Death of Hindenburg bugfixes, more achievements

As usual, there are some bugs and stuff…

• Fixed bug where Göring’s results were not shown
• Fixed bug where Zentrum support goes to Adenauer when the DNVP supports Hitler in the second round
• Slightly harder to get Marie Juchacz as a candidate
• Added content for a KPD presidential victory (different endings for Thälmann and Münzenberg)
