v1.3 - Economic Expansion, Cabinet, bugfixes and minor updates

Major changes:

• New event: Economic Expansion (if economic growth is high enough for long enough)
• New events: Papen’s Economic Plan, Schleicher’s Schemes (when Papen or Schleicher are chancellor)
• New feature: pinned Cabinet card that exposes government actions (only on Easy difficulty with an SPD chancellor)
• New music (Sozialisten-Marsch)

Minor changes:

• some bugs should be fixed now…

This will likely be the last major update for Social Democracy: An Alternate History for some time. I will be focusing on Petrograd 1917 and other games, and perhaps a Steam release later in 2025.
