v0.11 - End of 1933

Major changes:

• Ending date is set to December 1933.
• New events: Businesses Lose Confidence (capital strike progress), Global Economic Recovery (middle of 1933), Nazis in Crisis (late 1933).
• New options to further persecute the SA/Stahlhelm/RFB after banning them.

Other changes:

• If Braun is president, not forming a Grand Coalition government can lead to an emergency government.
• Tax policy affects capital strike progress more.
• Finally, the unemployment number no longer has that ugly string of zeros!
• Various bugfixes.

Let me know if there are any issues!

Potential future updates:

• have an SVG parliamentary diagram generated based on election results
• historical mode (this would require a lot of additional work…)
• conducting intrigues within other parties (remove Brüning from Zentrum, remove Thälmann from the KPD??? Unfortunately Brüning is kind of a loadbearing chancellor right now.)
• preparing for a steam release???
